Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

We purchased a new AC unit from Precision for a reasonable price. The install was smooth - we were able to easily schedule them to come out, we received reminder calls and they arrived on time. We also have another AC unit that didn’t need replaced but needed repairs. They were honest about what was necessary and what wasn’t. We’ve now had the new AC unit and fixes to other unit in place for about a month and have had no issues whatsoever. Very happy with our experience! Would definitely recommend and use again.
