Rich is amazing! I needed a new water heater and he told me the pros and cons to all types of water heaters. I also had him install an RO system and a water softener in my house. He made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. We had a small hiccup with the RO system and he rearranged his schedule to make sure that everything was fixed and resolved as quickly as possible. Much to my surprise Jamie showed up in a half hour,after being told by another co. it would be days before anyone could come.He was very pleasant while shooting the breeze while he worked.Job was done quickly and efficiently. I know who I'll call again when needed. Thank you!
