Called to set up an appointment and asked that the technician bring identification (Work or any) as I have been attacked previously by a Cox employee. The girl was so upset I even asked she went into defense mode with an attitude saying he isn't required to give you anything so I asked if she can ask a technician who is comfortable with that to come. She kept repeating we aren't required to do that and if this will be a problem we can just cancel I kept repeating I knew it wasn't required I just would feel comfortable with someone who is comfortable with that. She said well I'll just cancel this if you're going to continue to be a problem, we don't have to take your service call if we don't chose to I asked for a Manger and Alexis said she was the manager and she agrees its a problem and cancelled my appt. I managed Pure, ACE, And YES!, among 2 other companies for years and never ever has this been such a problem. Elderly people request this often. IDK who's running this business but you're staff needs better training. The office staff matters. It's not only about servicing the home. If you don't make me comfortable from the start, I'm not comfortable AT ALL! If your girls are rude, imagine the men. Scary. I hate that my property management chooses my service providers. I used to train customer service for this specifically. These girls just answer phones. No service attached.
