I broke an outside water spicket today, and called Rooter Hero. Their plumber showed up on time and walked me through every scenario. He even asked me if I wanted to watch the repair he would do and I did. He talked me through every part of this job and was very professional. Did I mention it was 108 degrees today. First off, I’d like to say that my experience with EZ flow plumbing was amazing overall. But my experience with Mr. Will Taufa was beyond exceptional. From before he arrived, until he left, I felt like I had entered into another dimension. One filled with island inspired ease and tranquility. It was as if I was laying on a hammock on a beach. The waves crashing on the shore in the background, a slight cool breeze blowing past me. Someone hands me a coconut with a straw, letting me know the pig we’ve been roasting for the last 8 hours was ready to dig into, and the luau could officially start. Fire dancers, relaxing music, great food, beautiful weather. A place beyond the heat of the Arizona summer. All the worries of a remodel were behind me with the professionalism and quality of work I received from my friend Will. I have full confidence that the work was done properly and to a level of perfection that most machinists would one day aspire to achieve.
