Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. Teo Is one amazing gentlemen he went over and beyond to help me with my AC units! Charged them and put Freon in both of them highly recommend! Very knowledgeable, showed me everything that he was doing. Checked the Thermostats, looked at the vents to make sure the filters were clean !!! I highly recommend Teo and his company!!! Dispatcher Dennis was amazing and very personable too !!! I will be doing business with them in the near future.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
