Best Plumbing System Installation in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Michale was professional in his his job and easy to understand in explaining what was was going to do. He replaced two saddle valves with better quality valves. Although it was a bit pricey he did an overall superior job. Thanks Michale!

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Teo arrived on time to perform the annual whole house plumbing system inspection. Over the next hour, he drained the water heater and visually inspected all plumbing related products throughout my house. His inspection not only helped identify some areas where the manufacturers warranty will still replace the defective item(s) but it also identified some plumbing areas that may need attention moving forward. Matt was courteous and tried hard to repair the gas supply valve, but because of replacement part restrictions, he couldn’t. Went out of his way to find the part.
