Needed my ejector pump replaced. They were able to come out the next day, after my call. Cost quoted was the cost paid. Jay was personable & professional. Took care of the replacement in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area where pump was worked on & the pump is working great! I'd endorse to anyone looking for plumbing needs. I like working with local businesses, as well!

Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. We have used this company twice now in the last 2 years for different things. They are amazing! Great prices (flat fees not hourly) and both the technicians we've had (coincidentally both named Isaac lol) have been wonderful. Dennis, one of the owner, immediately called me after finding we had a poor service call experience due to a misdiagnosis. I have never received such honest and truly thoughtful follow through to understand what went wrong with the service call (would have potentially cost us thousands of dollars) and to rectify the situation. While we did not use Teo Pros for the service issue, I would hands down call them in the future based on how Dennis handled this situation with us.

This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
