Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

Our very old Air Conditioner unit recently went out during a sustained period of 115+ temp days. Called first thing in the morning. The response was immediate and when onsite they identified the problem, obtained the needed new parts and then did the installation. Everything was clearly explained at each decision point. Completely fixed well before noon same-day and working better than ever. That's crazy fast. I was equally surprised by the reasonable pricing and how low the bill was considering the circumstances. Technician Christian Keller showed up to determine why our 2021 water heater that was installed in 2021 (in a vacant house that was on the market for 18+ months before we bought it 4 weeks ago) wasn’t delivering hot water into the house for longer than 2-3 minutes.

He looked at it and immediately knew what was wrong, suggested the best course of action, which was to replace or remove a heat mixing valve that was installed upside down, which for three residents wasn’t even necessary - so we had him remove it and secure the repair.

He did a fantastic job and represented both himself and Summit Plumbing Pros equally well.

We will have a full HOT shower now for the first time in 4 weeks. No more NAVY showers! Can’t thank you guys enough.
