Needed my ejector pump replaced. They were able to come out the next day, after my call. Cost quoted was the cost paid. Jay was personable & professional. Took care of the replacement in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area where pump was worked on & the pump is working great! I'd endorse to anyone looking for plumbing needs. I like working with local businesses, as well!

Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. Teo arrived on time to perform the annual whole house plumbing system inspection. Over the next hour, he drained the water heater and visually inspected all plumbing related products throughout my house. His inspection not only helped identify some areas where the manufacturers warranty will still replace the defective item(s) but it also identified some plumbing areas that may need attention moving forward. Being a property manager, I have dealt with many plumbing companies. I would have to say this is by far the best company I have come across in the valley. Would highly recommend.

The first time he put in my new faucets, everything went well. Five months later I had granite counter tops installed and needed JimmyJoe to come out and install the faucets again. I had out of town guests arriving and so it was important to get this done on time. I scheduled, he was suppose to come at 1:30, by three I called him. He apologized, explained really busy that day but would come late afternoon, evening for sure. He called around five asking what parts I might need, was still coming. Finally at 7:00 I called him. Apologized again, I asked if he could do it first thing in the morning. Said he would check his schedule and call me right back. He called right back, was grateful and promised to be here at 6-6:30 in the morning. Finally at 9:00 I called him. Of course this time he wouldn't even answer the phone. Dirt Dog Plumbing has been outstanding to work with, they are very professional and respond quickly to our calls. They located the issue quickly and gave us an estimate and a reliable time line, when a delay popped up from the supplier they immediately called and relayed the delay along with ideas on how to handle the situation in the mean time. Their employees are polite and so great about being clean and respectful of our home our time, not making us wait hours outside the appointment time. I recommend them and we will use them again!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
