We had a serious water pressure/hot water problem for our shower and also the drainage problem within our bathroom sink.

I hired PlumbSmart to do an AC tune-up and I got an incomplete report of the tune-up. When I let them know I wanted more information, PlumbSmart responded with the most amazing service by coming back out to my house, going over each of my AC units in detail, explaining how to look for issues, and patiently answering all my questions some of which went beyond the scope of the tune-up. While not all the news about my system was good, I sure feel like I can make a more informed decision about my options. I'd feel comfortable using them in the future and I have already called them back for unrelated plumbing needs.

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

A big thank you to Justin, Jared, and Don who all did a great job repairing numerous issues at our house. They were very professional and courteous. They were able to resolve complex issues caused by outdated water lines in the walls. They were honest and fair. They cleaned up so well we did not have to do anything after they left. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

I used Gold Star to put a new tankless heater and water softener into my house. Then had what seemed to be a manufacturer's issue with my new tankless heater, which the manufacturer had no helpful resolution for besides waiting more time for a part, but Gold Star resolved it completely and immediately. The plumbers who have been to my house have been great and been able to communicate with me easily letting me know before any work they have done. When the issue came up with the tankless heater, the general manager handled it very professionally and I had hot water restored quickly. I appreciate the timeliness, responsiveness and clarity in regards to their work. Will definitely use again for my future needs. Thank you!
