Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!

This is the second time we've used Jimmy Joe and I was very pleased with the service and professionalism.

I have used Aspen twice now and both times they were prompt, friendly, careful and honest. I appreciated them. The first time my water heater was leaking and they found my water heater was under warranty still and Scott got it for me for free! So only paid for his services. Today was the second time I have used them, Seth was friendly, prompt and did not try to push services that were not needed etc. I will use them again.

Michael is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He patiently walked me through how to avoid an absolute disaster of a plumbing situation I tried to do myself but got away from me. This man is a professional, knows his craft and gave up his Saturday night to help me out. I will surely call Michael again for my plumbing needs and I highly recommend him.

Eddie, our installer, arrived a little later than the predicted 3-5pm time frame. Unfortunately, once he unpacked the new water heater he found damage that could not have been detected from looking at the box. To his credit, he located a replacement and went and got it for us at a time of day when other workers might have rescheduled the installation. He stuck with the job and got it done well under difficult circumstances. We appreciate his efforts.

We got our countertops done and had Tyrell from Under Pressure Plumbing come out on Aug 24 to disconnect our sink, garbage disposal, faucet and install new items.

Very professional, quick and clean. He was great, I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely the best! Came at a moment's notice and spent the next day fixing my tub. Very professional and I have him on speed dial for next time. Thank you for restoring my hot water!!

Thankfully APC plumbing just called to remind me to leave a review so I could get a $25 gift card; I can’t believe I’d forgotten to leave a review on how poor they were. AHS sent this plumber out to clear a clogged toilet. When the technician arrived he looked at the issue and tried to take the clear out caps off but said they were stripped and would call AHS to notify. AHS called to inform me that the technician had relayed the information to them that the caps for the clear out were stripped and therefore a new clear out would need to be installed at a cost of $600 and that he had augered the toilet and shower with no luck. All three statements were blatant lies. The clear outs are behind the toilet and can only be accessed by removing the toilet and utilizing the coin slot style indentation in the cap to unscrew. JR was only in the home for 3-5 minutes and did not even bring in the equipment to try and auger the toilet or shower. Thankfully, upon expressing the facts to AHS they sent out a different plumbing company who came out the next day and had the issue resolved within 10 minutes.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
