I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Our water heater gave up on Friday night, but T&S got us turned around in less than a day. Junior, our tech, was knowledgeable and courteous.

I have found a plumbing company for life! (The struggle has been real.) From start to finish, they treated me with honesty, and respect. Jeff was great at helping me get scheduled with an appointment. And Frank was seriously the best plumber I've ever interacted with. I'm hands on and ask a lot of questions. He entertained all my questions and taught me a few things along the way. This is also the first time I haven't felt like I was being taken for a ride with a plumbing company with fee after fee. We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

Christian was amazing. Very professional and knew what to do. Thought it was one thing and when it wasn't knew what to do to get water to the shower head. Cleaned up and very respectful when addressing me about the problem and how he fixed it...amazing

Our friends at 911 Heating, Cooling and Plumbing have been wonderful and very accommodating during several weeks of our HVAC problems, which we are so happy to have solved!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
