I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mateo was awesome as was the office staff and all the other techs. Their communication efforts did not go unnoticed! I always knew what day and time the guys would show up. Extremely professional, Covid aware, friendly and very knowledgeable! I had several issues with my AC and several techs worked to solve the mysteries. I especially want to thank Mateo for doing outside research to figure out my problems. Thomas Home Services stuck with me! Highly recommend this company. Thanks to all!

I was concerned with my a/c unit not cooling correctly. They came out and thoroughly inspected my house and unit. Come to find out my unit is undersized and they recommended that since it was operating as it is intended that I do nothing. They could have easily told me something was wrong or the unit needed replacement but they didn't. They were honest and upfront. Also, they didn't charge me for the trip out. I appreciate the high level of integrity that was displayed. Brandon, aka Rambo was the tech that helped me and he was extremely courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Plumbing and A/C Medic.
