John Williams was our repairman today. He resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. Just because he fixed the problem, he didn't stop there. He then fixed the root cause to the issue, and solved an additional issue on another unit at the house. His thoroughness and caring to our problems is greatly appreciated. Plus, he's just a nice man. Skilled, consciousness, and nice. Can't beat it.

We had a tankless water heater installed at the beginning of May. Solace Plumbing beat all other quotes I had. Dax was pleasant to work with and did the job (removing bad tank gas water heater and installing the tankless heater) quickly. Although Terry was at my home for 30 minutes, he did not even charge me for a service call. I am very impressed with his integrity. Terry is honest and professional.
