On the day of our appointment we got a call from Mandy in the office letting us know that our technician had reviewed our case and was certain they could not help! Bad news? No! They took the time and care to ensure we didn’t pay a service charge when there was no chance they could help us. That is gold medal service in my book! With all the services they offer I’m sure we’ll need them in the future and this one act has told me that I’ve now got a trusted and trustworthy partner to call and count on to be fair and get the job done professionally. We have always had a great experience with Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They showed the afternoon they said they would, took his time and fixed my water heater. I have hot water now. Technician was polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards. It's just what I wanted.
