My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Richi P. came by to complete a repair on copper piping connection to an oversized bathroom tub spout for a jacuzzi tub.He spoke with me and then proceeded to do some research on what might work for a part that wasn’t available other than special ordering an entire new set at Home Depot with no turnaround time on shipping arrival. Richi made some calls and figured out a way to get it done when my 4 other attempts were unsuccessful. He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and got the job done!

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Roto-Rooter was able to make a same day appointment. The person who responded was very kind. He had the necessary tools and parts with him so he was able to do my repair quickly. He was neat and respectful of the property. The price was not outrageous, and the work seems to be very good. I will definitely use them again and can absolutely recommend them.
