I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had. Coupon for $77.00 to unclog my bathroom drain.
My technician was suppose to be here between 11:00-1:00 on Saturday. They had technician problems. It would have been after 6:00 pm, so I asked if we could move to Sunday.
I was told 9:00 A technician would be here, then it was 9:30. John showed up at 10:00.
Evidently I do not under.stand lplumbing.

I paid $175.00. & it’s over with.

The first time he put in my new faucets, everything went well. Five months later I had granite counter tops installed and needed JimmyJoe to come out and install the faucets again. I had out of town guests arriving and so it was important to get this done on time. I scheduled, he was suppose to come at 1:30, by three I called him. He apologized, explained really busy that day but would come late afternoon, evening for sure. He called around five asking what parts I might need, was still coming. Finally at 7:00 I called him. Apologized again, I asked if he could do it first thing in the morning. Said he would check his schedule and call me right back. He called right back, was grateful and promised to be here at 6-6:30 in the morning. Finally at 9:00 I called him. Of course this time he wouldn't even answer the phone. They are the best on what they do, they are right on time, fix the issue and can't even tell that they made a repair. Price was just perfect

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Our water heater blew this morning and when I called Dirt Dog they said they could be over in 30 minutes. They replaced my water heater in just over an hour and were very reasonable. TJ was great and I am so happy to have hot water again.

Part of my job was covered by warranty
While Frank was repairing the RO leak, I requested the filters be changed and the water heater flushed. He did it all so quickly and quietly. No mess left behind. I'm noting this for next year so I don't fall behind . Thanks Frank!!

Charlie did a great job! He was quick and efficient in unclogging both a shower and a bathroom sink. We’ve used Phend multiple times now, and we’re happy with the work they do.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
