We had just scheduled a yearly inspection and service but we ended up purchasing a 4 year service contract. The office was easy to work with when we called and scheduled our appointment.

Stephen came out within a couple hours of my call to troubleshoot a fritzy water heater. Turned out to be a blown-out pilot light, which was a quick fix. I asked if he'd be willing to take a look at a couple other small plumbing issues we were having in the house, and he was very helpful with both of those too. Wound up replacing the drain hose from the dishwasher to fix a persistent stink, worked like a charm. Reasonable rates, quality work, recommended.
