Great service. My service tech called in advance of his arrival and showed up exactly as he promised. He explained the solution to my plumbing problems in plain terms and not only informed me that the parts may be still under a manufacturer warranty, he helped me deal with the manufacturer to obtain those parts at no cost. That alone saved me several hundred dollars. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing problems.

My husband and I are very satisfied with their professional work. I had several companies check on our 13-year-old units for replacing its system. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was by far the best one for its price and service quality. Mr. Jerry, technician, came out my place, checked and answered all of my questions regarding installing procedures. After that, he gave two different quotes based on AC system difference. It was very clear to see what would be included on the quotes. Therefore, it was also easy for us what to pick to meet my expectations. The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly. Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! He was very pleasant to talk to and had a very professional and kind demeanor. Thanks so much for saving us from being toilet-less on our busiest day, Jaimie!

Rich is very responsive and shows up on time. He took time to understand a unique problem I had with running a separate water line for a pond. Although we ultimately decided the job will be too complicated, Rich spend quite a bit of time with me and gave me all the options to educate me so that I dont end up in a bad situation even if I didnt choose him for the install. I will be contacting Rich for all my future plumbing needs. He also did not charge me the trip charge even after I insisted twice. I really appreciated him being helpful and transparent. Absolutely terrible. $450 to detect a pool leak. Spent 20 minutes at my house and marked a spot. I waited 6 weeks for them to send the report so I could give it to the repair company. No leak within 4 foot radius. Company said 5 foot radius needed and no warranty since it had been more than 30 days. They waited to send me the report till after the warranty expired just in case it was wrong. Negative 5 stars would still be too nice.
