Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. He took me step by step what needed to be done, gave me the price and fixed it all..!! I recommend them 100%

Nick the tech called before the window given by the office, said he was running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if he could come in 15 minutes... ABSOLUTELY!

Took him 15 minutes to fix the issue after an honest assessment of the situation.

AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was by far the best one for its price and service quality. Mr. Jerry, technician, came out my place, checked and answered all of my questions regarding installing procedures. After that, he gave two different quotes based on AC system difference. It was very clear to see what would be included on the quotes. Therefore, it was also easy for us what to pick to meet my expectations. The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly. Jaimie was sent out by my home warranty company. He is the best plumber we have ever had. I will request him time and time again. And, will call him when we have repairs needed that the warranty company doesn't cover. Jaimie is fast, efficient, honest and very professional. My water heater had signs of corrosion and stopped supplying hot water. My first call was greeted by Rich and he was very helpful with answering my questions. He walked me through the process of inspection for a quote and replacement. He was able to get someone out on Sunday. Rich and the plumber Nick called ahead prior to arriving for the inspection. The quote was reasonable and beat the price of the company's you see on TV. The replacement plumber Jake came out to replace the water heater, copper piping, flex pipe for the hot/cold supply and replace the gate valve with a ball valve for the shut off. Rich also followed up through text to make sure everything was ok. The old water heater could not drain because it was clogged, so Jake and Nick returned to remove it and properly drain it. The Rheem water heater is taller than the original but smaller in diameter. This allowed some extra space around the tank. The repair was done clean and the hot water was up and running better than before. I recommend American Plumbing and Rooter for all plumbing tasks. I will definitely call them again, because I would rather work on electrical projects.

They were recommended by our pool company. They confirmed with us several times and were prompt. They found the issue and communicated the clog in the pipe. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes.
