Needing a plumber doesn't usually spark joy, but calling Pacific Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor, created a positive experience. Kit was friendly on the phone, explained his straightforward pricing, and he was able to schedule for the next day - a Saturday morning - at no additional cost. Kit left my house a little while ago and my outside faucet is no longer dripping after the repair. I appreciate that he suggested repair rather than replace (for the hose bib) and I'll certainly call again for future plumbing needs.
