Had a jammed garbage disposal and even with the power off it freaks me out to stick my hand down in there! Roto-Rooter took the call, scheduled a Saturday appt (!) and was even accommodating when I missed my scheduled time - came out the same day. The technician was extremely professional, friendly and showed me the rogue LEGO that had jammed up the works. Thanks, Roto-Rooter!

Larry and Carol are the BEST!!! and always work hard to accommodate the largest urban park in the USA whenever we have an emergency. They keep great records and are always within our time limits to pump grease traps, septic tanks, lift stations, etc.. Dedicated true professionals. Nice to know you have a business you can count on without having to call them for service on a monthly basis,!they call me, and that’s beciming very scarce.

Ron and his guys really know what they're doing! Ron has taken great care of us, including fixing a leaky kitchen faucet, installing a new water heater, and getting our AC unit going again after the ants invaded it. Highly recommend them for all your needs!

I can't say enough good words about my experience with Landers. We recently had them come out to repair a leak on our water meter (I expected hundreds of dollars to fix). About a month ago, we hired another plumbing company to repair our sewer line and wasn't left with many kind thoughts so we tried Landers this time and WOW. They repaired the leak within an hour, they helped me clean up an unsightly sewer cleanout at no charge and helped me clear a clog. All for a tiny percentage of what the previous plumbers charged. I will never ever use another plumbing company again. I can't recommend them enough.

This place is a gem. On short notice, when all other businesses were closed, the owner himself worked with us to get our AC fixed in the dog days of summer when other businesses had quoted much more money and a longer wait time. The owner quoted us exactly what he ended up charging - a very fair price - and did a thorough job. Haven't had trouble with the AC since! We will definitely be using him again for any future needs, and highly recommend!

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
