A few months ago, we had the boiler system in the house break and not deliver heat properly. Chris was timely, and explained every step of the way what he was doing and why he was doing it. The job became a rather large one as we discovered the issues with the boiler system, needing a full drain and changing of the bleeder valves through the whole house. Every time we made a change to the plan that would cost more, Chris was sure to inform me and make sure that was what we wanted to move forward with. I told him to fix it well once so I didn't need him again - several months later, my heat is working better than ever. Considering the initial quote he gave me, and how big the project had ballooned to, he even knocked a little bit off of the final total at the end. Absolutely satisfied with the work he did, and will be sure to call him first and absolutely recommend his services.

I called MKC after hours because we were having a minor flood in our kitchen due to a faulty dishwasher. Chris was so patient on the phone, walking us through how to shut the water off (he was unable to come out to help, but was able to help on the phone). He was very professional, helpful, and we are so grateful! Thank you Chris! You are our first call next time any plumbing issues arise!
