I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Before installation I had a concern about how the new furnace pipes being installed, I called the team , wished to give me more time to think about it, they really understood my situation and agreed to cancel my order with no charge. I had called 5 different company's before calling Roofing Master. They were quick to respond. The other companies took forever to get to my small issue but Eugene's team was able to handle it the same week.

Recently had my AC replaced by Stahl. They were able to come out quickly for a thorough estimate. I got quotes from multiple companies and while not the lowest bid, Stahl was right in line with others. I went with Stahl based on the prompt, thorough, and honest estimate, short lead time to install, and recommendations from others.

The two guys who did the install were professional, informative, and were able to get it all sorted in a day. The install looks very clean and they improved my drain line from the existing setup. My new AC has been working great and there have been no issues keeping my house cool all throughout the recent heatwave.

The entire process was painless and I have nothing but good things to say about the estimate, install, and interactions with the office. Highly recommended.

We greatly appreciate the quick emergency service! We had a shut off valve to a toilet spring a leak at 10 pm at night. We called several other area plumbers who all told us the soonest they could get here was the next day. We called Precision and Jason was here in less than an hour. Last Sunday, June 25, 2017, John and his helper, Will, came to my daughter's house to unclog her outside drain. She had plumbers there the previous day and they removed some of the roots from the piping, but the water was still backing up. John came and worked on the pipes until they cleared the clog, about 75 feet out from the house.
The previous night I was called to say they would would be there in the morning, and then called again Sunday morning to tell me they were on their way.

We had looked for a plumber for a long time. Some groups saw the work we wanted done and never got back to us. Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing reviewed the scope of the work, ordered the parts, dedicated 3 workers, and got the job done on one of the hottest days of the summer. Gauge, Danny, and John shared the labor and did great work. They replaced two yard pumps sent in concrete, changed out two hose bibs, and placed another valve in our system so we could shut down service to an out building. It was a big job. They kept me updated on their progress and were nice, professional people doing a hard job with grace.

It's not often you find such an honest and quality service business such as Orie Plumbing.

I had a small leak coming from my main water line and had previously been told by a competing plumbing business that in order to stop the leak I would need a full line replacement costing me thousands upon thousands of dollars. I was given this estimate after the competing business worker took a lazy 2 second look at the pipe and then charged me $100 for the visit.

It was a completely different experience when Brett from Orie showed up pleasant and on time last Tuesday. I showed him the leak, explaining the situation, hoping for a more reasonable solution. He thoroughly looked at the main water pipe and discovered that it was the shut off valve that was leaking from behind where it wasn't easy to see (originally believing that the leak was coming up from the cement floor). Brett explained that the shut off valve should be replaced. He then tightened the connection and the water stopped trickling instantly.

Since Brett was so sincere and explained the best option would be to replace the valve with a newer more modern one and in addition add a new filter and compression valve (something that wasn't caught in my inspection), I decided to schedule the service (and it was performed the very next day). Brett also suggested I have an overflow tank installed to extend the life of the hot water tank. I was impressed by his desire to provide the best solution possible and one that was well within my budget. Convinced by his sincerity, I brought up 2 more smaller plumbing issues that have been bugging me for months. Long story short Brett's work on the main water pipe and hot water tank was extraordinary and solid and he fixed my slowly dripping faucet and randomly running toilet. Both proved to be a tougher fix than first anticipated but Brett found a solid solution for each.

Extremely impressed by the service I received, I'm now about to schedule to have my old slightly broken shower fixture replaced. If you're looking for a reliable, reasonable and trust worthy plumbing company look no further than Orie.

We had an excellent experience with McNabb! Andrea was so helpful and worked to get someone to us same day to check our leaking water heater. Michael came that day and determined it would be best to do a replacement. He thoroughly explained our options and we were able to get an appointment for the next day to get our new tankless water heater. Noah and Anthony did the replacement work - they were extremely professional, efficient, kind, and did an awesome job!

Call the number on the website because of the multiple 5 stars review. Got an answering service, I am fine with that. It was a little after 8am. I get a return call by 8:30am. Great, this guy is responsive, so I thought. Explain what I would like done, he says I will come out between noon and 4, and I will call a half hour before I come. 3:30 I get a call stating I am not sure I am going to be able to make it today. Don’t make promises you can’t fulfill. 1 star. Don’t waste my time.

Al Buerkle has worked with my mother for a number of years now. My husband and I are in the process of buying a home and had a plumbing issue we asked the seller to fix - after the seller's plumber told us it did not need to be fixed we sought a second opinion from Al Buerkle. He was very quick in reviewing the dvd of the snaked drain and giving us a written opinion that we could send to the seller. He also talked to both of us about the issue and how it would need to be repaired. I felt very comfortable talking to him and held his opinion in very high regard given the extended working relationship he has had with my mother. While the seller ultimately decided to use her own plumber to fix the issue, he was very helpful and we will certainly use him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
