Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. Recommended through someone else in the neighborhood. Guys did a great job. Communication before the visit allowed me enough of a window to expect their arrival. Found the issue fairly quick, although it caused me not to really need their services. However, they were able to suggest alternatives and offered to help once we took care dog the other problem. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Bill was so helpful communicating with me to get the project scheduled and done. He was flexible with schedule changes on my end and set backs with the product I ordered.

Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
