Shawver & Son Electric was hired to replace a 1000 amp service disconnect. The crew chosen worked exceptionally well together and I never had to worry about the job being anything less than 100% correct and on time.

They were excellent at keeping me informed of the steps in the process. They maintained good communication and even kept me updated when my local power company OG&E was what we were waiting for. They also did an amazing job at keeping my parents from overpaying for their solar panels. I found out that my parents were going with a different company and how much they were paying and how many panels. I told my dad to hold off and I called Alex my Shine Solar rep and told him what was going on and gave him my dad's number. With in a couple hours he had talked to my dad and built a plan. My parents went with Shine and had their system installed and up and running 2 months before mine. Their power company caused a lot less delays. Everyone I worked with in Shine was professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service. Excellent help understanding needs and options before doing work. Fast and efficient work. I needed a way to connect my generator to my home electrical system. Ross helped me understand the backup power options. They installed a new electric panel with a generator input circuit and safety interlock device. Next time the power goes out I can run the house electrical system off of generator. Huge thanks to Don, Jeff and the crew that did the work!

He did give some options regarding upgrades as my plumbing is original to the house, and it was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain these options. Awesome company. Came to home replaced defected light fixtures in garage that are no longer manufactured. Repaired and replaced automatic timer and lights that surround residence. But, more importantly 3 weeks later when certain lights did not come on surrounding home, I called company and immediately a technician was at my resident to address and resolve issue. Once again Outstanding company that delivers outstanding service. I will recommend this company to anyone for residential or commercial services.

Warranty company sent Mr Penny to our home, told me what the issues were and said that he would be able to fix the fuse that had blown. Well, paid him the 65 dollars for coming out and asked if he could come back at a certain date and time and twice, no call no show. If the job was to much for you to handle, common decency would be to say so. Yes we have an older home and we see that we will have problems for now but don't just take people's money.
It's called common decency, honest and respect.
I thought seeing one of our people who could do the job was wonderful and I would have gladly spoke of their work.
