Very good service I like it

I built a $360,000 custom home less than 2 years ago. My builder used High Country Electric. We upgraded quite a few electrical items including outside under the eve Christmas Light Outlets. We used them last Christmas for 30 days and everything worked fine. We purchased all new led Christmas lights and had them professionally hung and taken down. This year we had the same company hang our lights and the Christmas outlets did not work. We checked the GFI's and Breaker Box and can't get the outlets to work. I called High Country Electric and was advised I was out of my 1 year warranty. We only used the outlets for 30 days. You have got to be kidding me. They did not even offer to come out and take a look to see if it is a simple fix. They will not stand behind their product or labor because we are out of warranty. I had the Christmas outlets in my last home and used them for 12 Christmas's without an issue. So long story short we spent a heck of a lot of money on the outlets for 30 days use. I will not recommend High Country Electric until they resolve this issue.

Our electric was disconnected from our house by OG&E because the recent ice storm damaged the lines going to our house, so to keep our house from burning down, OG&E cut the lines..... in the middle of winter. We called these guys & they said they were very busy with other appointments, but they would call us the next day ( presumably to squeeze us in, in order to figure out the problem) but they never called back or showed up.

5 Star Electric was completely unprofessional to use. Clayton would not respond to requests for status about when work would be done. He would go off to other jobs and leave my project sitting for weeks at a time. Finally after 2 months of no work being done I fired him for non-performance. I wouldn't give him one star. Stay away from this contractor at all costs.
