George was professional and extremely friendly. He gave us a fair estimate and was able to call us on the same day after a cancellation to do our work. Him and his associate finished our job quickly and efficiently...I would recommend to anyone.

The electrician they dispatched went above and beyond. My wall mounted TV could not be removed and yet he was able to install the outlet with only 8 between the TV and the wall. Any other electrician would have left and said, call me once the TV is removed. This guy was GREAT!

I hired Mike to rescue a chimney fan installation after another electrician quoted me a ridiculous fee. Mike's price was great. he communicated frequently and professionally and was responsive +++. when a building code issue (nothing to do with him, but preventing access) delayed finishing the job for almost two years he still.kept in touch and responded right away when I confirmed we were good to go. Installation completed within days. I cannot rate high enough.

Amazing, amazing service!

I had an electrical emergency in my apartment on a Saturday. I called countless electricians. Most never called me back. Some said they were sending someone, but never showed up and didn’t return my calls. Rich responded to me in a timely manner, and guaranteed that he would send someone in two hours. He showed up, troubleshooted the problem, and corrected it in about an hour. He charged a very reasonable price too! I cannot express enough how helpful and professional he was. Best electrician around!

Needed 6 outlets fixed in our new property, they came quick, and had a fair price.

We experienced intermittent electrical outages for several of the outlets in our house. The team were able to diagnose the issue and get us back up and running quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend A & L Electricians Upper West Side to family and friends.

Spoke with this supposed professional and sent a detailed description of electrical assistance that I needed. He was supposed to draw up a proposal specifying each job (categorized) with cost breakdown. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MINDS WOULD ACCEPT AN AMOUNT THAT YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S FOR? He is licensed, but he's not honest and forthcoming. And I don't pay people for services not rendered DUH.

Instead he wanted to go on vacation with my deposit. Waste of my time and resources when I could have found honest contractors, I wasted 2 1/2 days or more with him.
