I honestly cannot say enough good things about Lou and his two sons. Lou has been nothing short of outstanding to work with. Due to hurricane Ida I lost my entire basement and all the utilities. I reached out to Lou to give me a quote for a new boiler and hot water heater and he quickly provided a fully detailed estimate with specifications of exactly what he would be installing. I had a few questions regarding the system as well as warranty information and Lou was always extremely responsive with answers and provided me with all documentation that I requested. Not only did Lou do an outstanding job but I think one of his best qualities is how responsive he is. I never had to chase him as he always picked up his phone and always responded to messages in a timely manner. Lou always remained in contact with us throughout the entire process and he always showed up when he said he would. He did a great job installing my new boiler and indirect hot water heater and even suggested installing it up off the floor in order to avoid any future flood damage just in case. The night he finished the installation he even sent me a follow up message at 8:30 at night to confirm that everything was running flawlessly and that I didn’t have any issues. Him and his sons were a class act and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them for any and all future work. Thanks a lot Lou for making the process absolutely seamless and stress free!

BEWARE!! This plumber told me that I needed to rip up the entire bathroom to remediate a leak telling me the bathroom was not weather proofed & estimated $5k. In actuality all that was needed was silicone & caulking. When I followed up with them they were non responsive & hung up. The guy they sent was inexperienced on & was on the phone with his boss to diagnose the problem in the meantime he needlessly placed 2 holes in my ceiling which I now need to repair. Worst Ever!!

Very satisfied!! They came in a pinch! Super friendly honest plumbers that will make sure the job gets done. Most 24 hour dudes are crooks but these guys are super reasonable. I recommend them to anyone in Jersey City.

Eco Plumbing Heating delivered excellent service, and are truly 24 hours. Called them at 10 p.m. arrived exactly when they said they would. Mo, the technician was a true professional and clearly an expert. He diagnosed the problem effectively and complete the whole job within 30 mins. I recommend this service to any and everyone.

Didn't even try to work on scheduling a time. Just said too busy. I'd say you should not advertise yourself on the internet if you're fully booked to the point where you can't even have a conversation about about scheduling a time.

Despite the fact that it is typically challenging to trust a service from a person who understands a trade and client who knows nothing, I was fortunate enough to have a plumber visit to my house who was completely honest. He was exceedingly wise, considerate, and compassionate. He showed me what he had already completed and what he had planned to do before starting the work. This man will succeed if his employer will let him. Try addressing him by name. His name is Rowland. When we eventually connected, I felt comfortable letting my guard down. I called Victor Sewer and Drain Services after a week of slow draining/clogged toilets. I made the call at about 8 am. I was told a technician would be available to come by before 11. Around 9:30 am I received a courtesy call letting me know that they were very busy and had pushed the time to noon. He arrived around 11:30. he in and checked out both bathrooms. He explained my options and costs and then go to work. He worked quick, was very professional and personable. I would recommend Victor for clogged toilet cleaning to anyone. He successfully pulled out a Beanie Baby that one of the boys flushed down the toilet! Excellent and affordable service.

With the work they do, you wonder why its so hard to find a place to get the job done. All their employees you can see are really like family. They took care of me like I would anyone. Any plumbing needs will always be done thru them

Phone doesn’t work

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
