The crew was friendly. The installation was clean. The communication was perfect. We would DEFINITELY do business with Cronin again. They really did set a new bar for how work should be done.

We had our basement upgraded to handle floods after Hurricane Ida hit and Cronin came and uninstalled/reinstalled the water heater so that the other contractors could build a drain around it. They also connected the newly installed sump pump to the main drainage line.

Always fair with pricing and on time.

Had an emergency no heat and called them in the morning. Joe the owner sent JB his worker within 2 hours of calling him. He fixed our boiler and said it was an tco switch. He replaced it and we were up and running. Very satisfied with his service and pricing

Dan responded quickly to a leaking bath shower problem and repaired and replaced all the plumbing and installed a shower surround in less then 1 day. Its looks great and I couldn't be happier about the updated look. Very pleasant and professional and looking forward to having him do other work for me in the future. Ty Dan

Wow, My morning started at 3am. I hear a loud whisting sound in my bathroom and to my surprise the pipe is gushing with water. It would not stop! At this point i'm calling everyone and no one is able to send anyone. I call Aumenta and they literally were at my door within 5 minutes. They are professional, quick and resonable. I hope to never be in this situation again but if ever I happen to be I will only go through Aumenta.

Called late at night for emergency repair. 2 hours later the problem was solved !!!! Definitely recommended !!!

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

We had our AC go out over the weekend and needed it to be fixed ASAP. We called Eco Plumbing and AC and they arrived within the hour and fixed the problem. Ali, our technician, was informative, nice, punctual and fixed the Ac within 1-1.5 hours. Thank you!!!

Had a leak under my sink. They were very quick to respond on a weekend and able to come the next day. Quickly fixed the issue and were also the best price as compared to a few other places. Would call them again!

I wanted to put a screen door in the front entrance and also in the back of our house. Now after a I arranged an appointment here in the company, the man came and finishes installing the doors ahead of time. He was so hardworking and is really smiling. So glad to receive someone like him. Thank you!!

Howard and his team did a great job installing a full split ductless AC system in my 5th floor condo building in downtown Jersey City.

Three air handlers and one exterior wall mount units, Mitsubishi hyper heat and AC system.

They are a diamond dealer as well.

I am quite particular about analyzing cost and doing my due diligence. Spent a lot of time asking questions and Howard was able to be patient and addressed them all.

It was a complicated install, but Howard and his team took their time to plan out precisely where the units would go.

Regardless of the challenges encountered; they were able to work through all of them.

This was an expensive job, but totally worth it..
