The tech was not friendly. He came in and said he broke the discharge circuit breaker and I said it was like that when I pulled it. The air conditioner was still working and there was power to the unit. Now to find out if am getting charged for the part your tech broke off completely. My air conditioner is old and I know its a matter of time I will need a new one there are a lot of companies in Lincoln I will go with. You better rethink how you treat you hope could be a customer again. As of right now I will not call or refer you to anyone else.

We contacted this company to clean out the floor drain in our basement and they responded promptly, showed up on time, and completed the project to our satisfaction at a very reasonable price.
