Don helped us update our bathroom plumbing for two bathroom remodels and also helped solve a separate poorly draining sink problem. For the second problem he was able to work it into his schedule less than 24 hours after I called. He knows his stuff, and he’s also just a great guy. Made an appt to get an estimate, the handyman didn't show up or call. So I rescheduled another appt and they stood me up a 2nd time no call from them. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience overall!

another problem that turned up gratis (!). Professional,
courteous, Sincerely interested in doing a good job at a good

The plumber was very efficient and I called that morning and he came out within the hour very other plumber that I called couldn't come out for two days so I am happy that we called Don so thank you Don's plumbing.

Had you guys tell me one price on blinds and paid to have you messure and when we came in they said the sale was off so it was more then they said . It took then 5 days to measure so it was not are flat not very happy right now.

My household went 3 days without water. While the company claims are 24 hour service, it took 2 days for anyone to contact me and examine my issue. It took another 2 trips and another day to figure out how to handle a shower handle repair with a simple cartridge that needing replacing. Nice repair people, but not great service.

I've had two experiences with this company. One was good, one was so bad that it outweighed the good.

Without getting into too much detail about the specifics, I was told a job would take around half a day. It ended up spanning three days, resulted in me not having a functioning shower for one day, and resulted in a flooded bathroom and water in the basement. They took care of the water but it was still a huge inconvenience. The cost was also higher than originally quoted and as far as i can tell, was a result of inexperience and wasted time on their end.

Also, don't believe all the hype and positive reviews. I tried to leave a review on Facebook as per the request on the invoice they sent me but it was a negative review and was removed. I then tried a second time and it was also removed and they have since taken down the ability to leave reviews on their Facebook page. Easy to maintain 5 stars when you remove anything but positive reviews.

While the plumber was nice enough he installed shower fixtures but tore out tile and cement board when he should have known better. He had access through a cupboard, but I didn't know any better until the tile lady came and saw the mess. Her jaw dropped!! Now I'll pay another 500.00 if this can even be fixed. The spigot doesn't look right either and hopefully I n his return he will fix this.
In addition, he left my washer water hose off and it is still leaking. I had shoulder surgery and lack the sttenght to tighten it adequately. While I will hold him to the work he has yet to do, I would not recommend these plumbers because of their inexperience.
