Had a great experience with Harold’s Plumbing. They got a clogged sink working like new that the last plumbers failed to unclog properly. And they fixed a broken clean out in my yard, no problem. Fast, friendly, and a fair price.

Fast and affordable. Harold personally worked on our home. We had a water leak under the slab causing the dirt under our driveway to erode and foundation to crack. Harold used a camera to find the leak and fixed it in no time. Best part was they didn't tear up my yard! Thanks a lot. Would absolutely recommend for any New Orleans homeowner or business in need of plumbing repairs.

Doesn’t service the L9. Wouldn’t recommend a business that totally ignores part of the city. From their website:

We had an issue with our toilet not turning off after a flush. We called Harold’s at 11:30am on Friday. Fully expecting a next week visit (let’s be honest, it’s the Big Easy...), I was surprised to hear they’d be by around 1:30 same day.

They had to replace a couple of parts, both of which they had in stock on their truck, so it wasn’t necessary to make a second visit. The price was also affordable. The repair was done in under an hour. Very good experience.

They are in Mid-City but don't Serve Bywater?!?!?

They just finished up with our under the slab plumbing repair. The entire process was stress free. Price was reasonable and actually cheaper than our first estimate. Provided proof of licences and insurance. Julie kept me informed through the entire process. Every worker was polite, respectful and did great work. They cleaned up after there work was done. Lastly, we were able to stay in our home which was an added advantage. I would recommend them to anyone.
