C's Plumbing and Gas Works, LLC were sent out by our home warranty company, Home Warranty of America, to replace a hot water tank. Form the very beginning, both the customer service and the professionalism was lacking. We filed our claim on a Thursday and were told that someone from C's would call us on Friday. I made three calls to C's on Friday, none of which were returned. I then made another call to C's on Saturday morning, to which I received a text message saying I would receive a call right back. Approximately an hour later I received a call back saying they would be at my house in 45 minutes. They showed up two hours later. We were then told they would call us back on Monday after they talked to the home warranty company. Wednesday, we finally got a call back and Thursday they showed up to put the new tank in. They drained the old tank into the bathtub (which was fine) and left a mess everywhere, and left all the trash in the attic. To top it off, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from my attic. I would never recommend anyone use this company by choice.
