1&Done was able to get us in the same day with very reasonable pricing. Everyone I spoke to was kind, and their employees delivered quality work. They even went the extra mile to ensure that our issue wouldn’t happen again.

John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Kody and Kris are rockstars. They went above and beyond to try to get my drain cleaned out. I had an extremely problematic sewage issue that wouldn’t go away, and A-1 made me a priority because I had no drainage/sewage. Extremely generous on pricing and did not overcharge! Our washing machine trap collapsed under our house that was under a slab foundation. Brent and his crew broke up concrete , replaced the trap, installed a new vent and replaced the concrete for a very good price compared to what other would have charged. I would not hesitate for a second to call him for any
my needs.. He and his crews are busy and you might have to wait a couple of days. But the great outfits always are! b6th

I would highly recommend Shoda as we have trusted them for decades. Today Kam did an exceptional job diagnosing and fixing our sewer issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and methodical in his approach. I appreciate him taking the time to answer our questions and inform us what he found.

Had someone scheduled to come out between 1 and 3. I called the main office at 330 when the technician still hadn't shown up. I was told he would be there in 30 min. The office called me back 5 min later and said it could be up to an hour. 430 came and went. The technician finally called a little after 5 and said it would be 30-45 min. He then called back 40 min later asking if we could reschedule. The professionalism of this place is extremely lacking. If you value your time at all do not use this company.
