The electricians got straight to work, accurately diagnosing the problem and then discussing possible solutions with us. They were very courteous and demonstrated their expertise, explaining every step of the repair to us. The work was carried out with attention to detail and to the highest safety standards. Once the work was completed, they were carried out to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend the services of this company as they are reliable and professional.

Ted and his team came to do a big project for us, adding outlets and removing some knob and tube that we thought was limited to the first floor. It was going to take a week and we went out of town. When they started the job they realized that the knob and tube was much more extensive (and hidden), and they ended up rewiring my entire house in one week. Did it cost more? Yeah. Did they work with me on price? Yeah. Was Ted communicative throughout the entire process? Yes. Did they go above and beyond? YES. What started as a large project turned into a huge project and they still managed to do extra things I didn’t even ask for: I now have wired smart smoke detectors, lighting in my large and terrifying basement, and a giant planter from a florist was waiting home for us when we returned. I hired this company to hang mirrors and other misc. items in my new bridal store location. the guys were great but when I went to pay my bill they asked for feedback. I felt I wasn't given a realistic time frame of how long the job should take. The guys that came were good, on time and careful but hanging 8 mirrors, some very large, in 2 hours couldn't have happened. Long story short, I gave this feedback to the company and they credited me back 2 hours worth of my payment. I didn't ask for any money off my bill because the guys weren't extremely slow or anything, I was just given an unrealistic time frame. This shows me that they care and would want me to use their services again and I will!

I have used The Good Guys for two projects, a small bathroom remodel & installing new kitchen cabinets. In both instances, they did a fantastic & professional job. Both times they sent Jamie to do the work, who was great about asking questions, communicating what he was doing, and explaining various options along with his recommendation.In both instances, the time it took came in under the estimated time, which was nice as it helped save a little money.

The repairman was prompt and courteous. He was well equipped and had all the correct tools on hand. He replaced the correct board and hinge to the gate to the right specifications. The gate now works perfectly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in the future.
