I did not have hot water. I had 3 different friends come and look at my pilot light and try to light it, but it wouldn't stay on. The water heater was 13 years old, and they really only have an 8 year life span, so I knew that I needed a new one. I waited until Sunday night to call and leave a message, so that I wouldn't pay weekend prices. The company literally called me back at 9:31 pm and continued discussing with me what my options were until 10:41 pm. They were extremely knowledgeable about my situation and the current product and the product that they would ultimately end up installing. I chose to go with the tankless water heater because of all of the benefits and what I had heard about them. They showed up the next morning when they said they would. They did an immaculate job! They installed it efficiently and professionally. When they left, you wouldn't be able to tell they were even there, except that I had a new super cool tankless water heater. They were referred to me by people I trust and I will continue to use them. Thank you Alliance!
