The entire process was incredibly simple and fantastic. They took care of everything and made it simple so we wouldn't have to worry. The timetable provided happened exactly as stated, and responses were always sent right away. Joe was excellent throughout the procedure and made sure I understood what was occurring and when it occurred. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and if you're looking for a firm to install your solar panels, you've come to the correct place. I looked for a year or so and periodically read the bad reviews on the websites of some businesses. I was shocked to find that the majority of those reviews were quite recent. I stand by my decision after having personally gone through the experience.

I wish it were possible to leave a NEGATIVE number of stars! RayZach provides horrible customer service. They will install a system, take your money, and that is the last you will ever hear from them. No response to numerous requests for service on our system or inquiries regarding billing. Avoid this company like you would a bad virus!
