I am so grateful to have found Handy Brose Company electric! Their team is such a pleasure to work with and their service is truly outstanding. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and always provide top-notch work. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of electrical assistance.

UPDATE: Less than 20 minutes after this review, we received a phone call, a refund of the rendering expense, and a sincere apology. The refund came as promised by the next morning and we got a 2nd call, again apologizing for the dropped ball. Their reasons for the lack of communication were new technology in the offices, staffing issues, and taking on more of a job than they were able to handle at that time. We appreciate the response and due to their goodwill, we will still use this company for small projects moving forward.

We had used this company for another job in 2020 and we thought we would go with Honey Do for a major bathroom remodel. They came out and got what they needed to give a quote and we were supposed to receive a full rendering (which cost a couple hundred bucks) of 2 design options. Instead, we received a single, hand drawn (black & white) design (not using the products we were requested to provide for the rendering. A child could have drawn something better, but whatever. Maybe something happened to the design team??? The ultimate kicker is that we have waited almost a month if not a full month for them to schedule this remodel. We have called and written email, etc. but no one wants to give us the courtesy of returning our calls and emails. Supposedly this business is under new management but I think that time is better spent elsewhere instead of wasting it on this joke of a company. I don't know a business around that would ghost a client who is willing to pay more than $12,000 for its services. I would understand if it were a smaller job but even then, what this company is doing is so disrespectful to its customers. Definitely will not use this company.
