Welsh Electric is run by a truly honest and experienced owner (John )who is always about doing a good job at a fair competitive price, and pleasing the customer. Not just an Electrician, he holds an electronics degree, and is a hard working fair honest man who stands behind his work no matter if he did it, or one of his employees. If everyone were like him, we wouldn't need things like the BBB. Thank you for doing my home, and all those other jobs for my company for the last 30 years. I'm retired and just giving kudos to the few contractors I truly trusted over the years.

Bruce from AAARK came to my house to work on the bath tub diverter. He did all he could to fix the existing tub spout, but it was to old and damaged . He and his co-worker Travis were both professional and polite. They stayed beyond 5 pm to get the work done. They were up front with my price options and at no time made me feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I have used this company before for other work and have never had a bad experience.

Anthony came in well under other bids. Usually I never take the lowest bid because I typically believe you get what you pay for, but I could tell he was really knowledgeable and experienced. The install of our hot tub went perfectly and everything works exactly like it should. He we be getting called again if we should need any more electrical work.

I’ve not use them before, but they are definitely cart slammers at Home Depot. Not impressed with their professional presence. As a professional contractor.

I didnt call for there service but my truck broke down in front of the building and several employees asked if I needed help if I ever need electrical help if know who im calling

We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. I called 5 different HVAC companies (3 of which came out to visit over a period of 10 days) and Frank was the only guy in the whole city that would even touch my unit after seeing it. He diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly & confidently and our AC is working good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!

Worst place I've ever work the didn't pay my child support order right now my driver lic is suspended and electrical license is in jeopardy not to mention all my tools where stolen. 2 rate company if that. I'm advising people not to do business with them. It's sad.

Always try to use a local neighborhood business. Someone in my neighborhood RAVED about this company. I can't say anything about the work they do as I cannot even get someone to call me back. Over a period of 4 months, I called at least half a dozen times. Someone always took my name and number and said someone would get back to me; never happened.

When I called and inquired about this, someone just said they have been too busy. Then tell me that instead of telling me someone will call back. Don't need to waste my time or theirs. They are definitely off my list.

I talked with my friends who are pretty influential in the neighborhood. They were so embarrassed, they said they would never use Sechler or refer them again.

What a difference a phone call (or the truth) could have made!!
