They were both very polite and professional. The problem was solved and I am very happy with the result. I will contact this company for any future project!

Jim is a great plumber! He fixed my kitchen sink in less than an hour. He’s honest and affordable and he thoroughly explained my problem and how he was going to fix it. Shan, the owner is a great guy. He has just finished a job on my commercial property and did a great job. He was very responsive , punctual. He gave me free consultation at first and when I signed the lease (3 weeks later) I gave him a call and he came back with guys and started the work right away and the result was beautiful. I had a great experience with Chris and would highly recommend him. I moved into a new place and it didn’t have a water line for my refrigerator. I contact Chris and he came out for an estimate the very next day. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and everything works great.

When I need to change a water valve for preventing leak, I got a number from the previous owner and contact this company.
An old man Phil asked for 720$ for a valve change. I like WHAT ??? a valve cost 9.39$ in costco and 5 minute to change in youtube could cost that much? Even a lawyer don't cost that much. who do he think he is, famous celebrity plumber in the world or what? Do not reach this business as all cost.

Bronze Age Plumbing. After 3 phone calls with them, they gave the incorrect phone number to the plumber who would have been driving 1.5 hours to arrive in SF. Three hours after the plumber told dispatch he had the wrong number - and after the scheduled time - they get back to me and are rude. Soon, uber will be doing plumbing dispatch too, and speedy can roll on back to the bronze age.

I tried to call for estimates and the service agent, Mia, scoffed and hung up the phone. When I tried to call back, she blocked my number. When I called from a different number that service agent was extremely unwilling to help in any way. Use at your own risk. If management would like to contact me, I'd be more than happy to speak to them.
