Don't call these guys if you want a call back. After using them 10 years on a commercial building They won't even call me back.

I left a negative comment other day without knowing why we had not got a call back... I want to apologize for that comment... Barbara was out with the flu and she is the Only one in office.. I spoke with her and received what we needed immediately. Once again I apologize for jumping to a negative conclusion... Customer service is best it can be with only 1 person in office.

Shan, the owner is a great guy. He has just finished a job on my commercial property and did a great job. He was very responsive , punctual. He gave me free consultation at first and when I signed the lease (3 weeks later) I gave him a call and he came back with guys and started the work right away and the result was beautiful. If you are looking for a experienced and trustworthy plumber, this is your guys. Don’t waste your time with others. Time is money.
