I had a plumbing emergency and everyone was scheduling me for the next day. Called Economy and the lady said that she can someone in 45 mins. Technician came out assessed situation and within an hour my sewer was in working condition. Great company and would definitely use thwm again

Called to do a employment verification and was hung up on. Called back advised the receptionist that i we was disconnected and she didn't say anything, which made me feel like she hung up on me. A guy then gets in the phone using profanity and being rude! I advised him that I was doing and employment verification and he stated that he didn't have time right now and hung up in my face.

One of the few places that picked up my phone call and had availability for today. I needed my kitchen sink clog cleared and they clearly explained the potential costs over the phone. Someone was here in an hour to provide a free estimate.

They were friendly and clear in their explanations so we went ahead with the work and are happy with the result. They provide a 30 day guarantee or they'll come back to clear it again.

My water heater went out last night and I didn't have any hot water. Called Economy Plumbing around 7pm and they said they will be here within an hour. The technician came in 30 minutes and gave me an estimate to replace it. The price seemed fair and they did the job in an hour and a half. I was surprise how quick it was! And to come so late at night, I am very pleased and now have hot water and I didn't even have to wait. And I have to add the technician was also friendly. Which is the icing on the cake :)

ECONOMY PLUMBING IN DALY CITY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY!

After asking her if she lived alone and looking around the house, they charged my Grandma $600 for a simple fix that costs at most $20, plus labor would be less than $100. He was in and out of there in 30 minutes. He couldn’t explain why it costs so much, said “you don’t know how much it costs to run a business”. That doesn’t mean you should overcharge customers!! My dad has to argue with this company and get my Grandmas check back and still hasn’t. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
