I called in due to an apparent leak in my home and was put through to Dale. He was great. He helped me troubleshoot and isolate the issue over the phone which turned out to be a simple fix that I was able to take care of myself. Rather than send someone out to charge me to make a minor repair, he actually took time to talk me through the different scenarios of what the issue could be and explained how to fix it. I’m very appreciative of the honesty and his expert help. Thanks Dale!
