They came out and replaced my toilet. The plumber had to go to Lowes to buy a part and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure it was installed correctly .good job will use them again

So far Daniel has fixed 2 problems for me. Both times he was punctual and professional. He's easy to talk to and works quickly. He even went out of his way and did a temporary repair to the marble near the faucet that had broken loose. It is holding up well. He insists on cleaning up any mess that results from the work. His prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend him.

STAY AWAY from this shady unprofessional so called business!!!! Should be called “No Integrity Repipe” If there was the option for zero stars I would’ve chose it.

Everyone has busy lives, I value my time just as much as the next person. We made an appointment with “Integrity Repipe” to come out for an estimate. Our appointment was at 3:30pm and Noel the guy who was supposed to come out to give us a quote did not come. Did not call to cancel or let us know he was running late etc. We had to call their office, and spoke to “Joe.” He made tons of excuses and even stooped so low as to say “well life happens.” Noel did not give us a courtesy call notify us that he was run late and or why he never showed up. Called the office again, and let Joe know we were no longer interested so they would no longer contact us.
About a min later Noel called, and sounded very non -chalant. We let him know we were no longer interested, due to the fact he left us hanging, after making arrangements and missing work. He sarcastically stated “No problem.”

This company is extremely unprofessional have ZERO integrity and can care less about potential customers time.

She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and that was awesome. Not only that but he actually picked his mess up when he was done which is something that a lot of companies don't do. He was communicative and told us what was going on what needed to be fixed and how he was going to fix it. At the end he showed us exactly what he did and I would definitely recommend this company 100%

Upon completion he repiped the whole home. Great job and he also worked on a bathroom for the client. Great guy personal professional and he takes care of business. After a very informative discussion, we determined a slab leak detection was not our best option.
