Some of my wall outlets in my home were not working. I decided to give Mike at Shamrock Electric a call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in just one visit. Super friendly guy and smart on electrical wiring and repairs. I will definitely be using Mike again if I ever run into any wall outlet issues.

I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. They are not standing behind their word. A friend of mine will have to deal them at small claim court to be able to get a refund where they collected money for permit and haven't responded for couple months. And when he finally reached them they said they couldn't get the project approved by the city and couldn't get a permit and now they are refusing the refund for about a $2K. Skip these guys and finda professional company.

Solved Several problems

I called Anthem Electric for an electrical issue in the master bedroom and bathroom. Ken responded promptly and set up an appointment. He was early to the appointment after calling to see if it was okay to show up early. He efficiently evaluated the problem while explaining what he was doing along the way. After solving the problem, Ken cleaned up everything and was very reasonable with the invoice. Additionally, I asked Ken about another project, and he explained how I could do it myself. Then he followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working correctly. Ken is friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. I definitely will us him again. He's great.

Ramon was fantastic. He walked me through different options I had to deal with an old outlet and installed a new outdoor outlet for me quickly. He even fixed my backyard door lock which was coming off. I’d highly recommend him
