Richard has come to the resident a couple times for services needing repair and it’s always professional, friendly, knows his job and what I really love is that he wears shoe covers while in your come. A lot of other repair/maintenance reps just come through dirty shoes and all. I appreciate Richard for taking that extra step. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Certified Plumbing LLC to others.

Richard and his team helped fix our leaking toilet quickly and professionally. He gave plenty of notice before their arrival to our place and quickly got to fixing the issue after I shared the details of the issue with them. Will definitely use them again in the future for our plumbing needs!

BOOK THEM ! In the past I’ve had not so professional plumber come out . Mr. Richard came out in the time he stated he would . He was super professional and very polite. Two things that stood out was he was very clean ! He brought shoe covers and gloves ! I know this work is dirty job and I appreciated he cleaned up after his self as well ! He was very knowledgeable of the work at hand. He also told me other parts in the house needed to be checked out . He was in and out in a timely manner . WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK SERVICE THROUGH HIM IN THE FUTURE IF NEED TO BE !

Wasn't sure where the leak was coming from the tub or toilet. Richard took the time to listen to me. He asked certain questions and proceeded in his investigation. He located the problem, explained to me what was going on then he repaired the issue. He was very confident and professional and got the job done. I would refer Richard and this company hands down. This company came to my home and repaired my leak and some other plumbing issues. I have had 2 other plumbers with a year try to fix the problem but never could. This team did a great good and they also was so kind to fix the bottom of my door that was dragging the floor. I really appreciate them and their expert knowledge. Try them out. You will be pleasantly surprised.
