Bolt Electric

During this pandemic I have had a hard time getting electricians to come out for repairs. I had flaky ones who no showed or did not do the work, way overpriced ones, and finally Bolt Electric. The electrician came out, charged an estimate fee which was applied to the work, and evaluated my concerns. When he looked at the electrical panel on the house and for my AC units he presented me with options for the work I wanted done (stand alone electric supply for my jacuzzi). In addition he advised me that my electric panel was ideal for a generator hook up and also suggested a surge protector for the panel.I was emailed a quote for the work and compared the estimate to another electrician and found the price to be fair. I gave the go ahead to order the parts and set up a date for installation. I had to move the installation date back by a day which was not a problem for the company to accommodate.The electricians showed up on time and did a professional installation. I was advised of a couple issues and options (not an upsell but a legitimate problem with my existing equipment that I was unaware of since I just purchased the house).I was on the fence about the generator hook up but after talking to my neighbors about the rolling power outage from the 2021 freeze I opted for it to ensure my family would have power no matter what.I was shone how to work the newly installed components and satisfied with the work and cost.I highly recommend Bolt Electric and am arranging them to work on my rental house.

My technician, Michael A., was extremely knowledgeable about all things electric (to include residential codes in place and coming, since I also asked other questions about future upgrades) and he quickly diagnosed the problem I had with my dryer and fixed it. That's when I called Bolt Electric. Andrew came over this morning and did a great job. Explained what happened and did the repair work in less than 30 minutes. Bolt Electric is a great company to go with for your electrical needs. My husband was deployed and I over used our electrical making something in the air fryer simultaneously with other things in the house (oops!) and fried one of the wires. Fortunately, I found Bolt and they sent Robert to my house to take care of it. The job was done so fast and he informed me of exactly what happened and how to avoid it in the future. He also let me know about an option of installing another outlet for just my air fryer since we purchased an older house that doesn't quite have the capacity to handle it. This was my first experience with Bolt Electric and I am very impressed. I had six various items I needed installed or replaced. Louey had expertise in each of the items and that made me have confidence and trust in his work. He was on time, went right to work, and was professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. It's so nice to know there still are companies with employees who care about their work and the customer. We had a wonderful experience with Bolt that guarantees we will use them for future needs. The technician came out to address some concerns we had with two outlets. He did a thorough check to identify the problem and, after we discussed another, unrelated problem, he preformed a rewiring for an incredibly reasonable price. He gave me significant information about light bulb choice and recommended a location for future light bulb needs. The price was reasonable, the technician was friendly and very helpful, and now a month in, we've had no difficulties or concerns about the service he provided.

Robert was outstanding. Originally came to see why my salt chlorinator for my pool wasn't working. Chased down the issue to a bad 240 circuit breaker only allowing about 116. I bought the new breaker and he came back out to install. Rewired the chlorinator and now everything is running right and more efficiently. Told my neighbor and she got Bolt to put in lights and was very happy! Not the cheapest but their work makes up for it...things are done RIGHT with no upsale talk!

We were very impressed with Bolt. They really worked with our schedule to get someone out to our house as soon as possible. They were prompt and professional and fixed our issue right the first time. I am selling my house and an item on the inspection was to switch out an outlet. I have never needed an electrician while living here so I had no idea who to call. It was an absolutely great experience all the way around. We called one day and had an appointment for the next. Robert was on time, even a little early. Plus, his service was fast...in and out...he didn't try to make the job longer to earn more money. This was our first time using Bolt Electric and they will be our go to electrical company from here on out. I received another quote from another company and bolt was far more pleasant, and better priced as well. I called them last week with a list of things to do on our newly purchased house, and the woman I talked to on the phone both times (Victoria) has been so pleasant and helpful each time I've talked with her. Our electrician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and walked us through the list we had, discussed all of our options and helped us narrow down what we wanted to get accomplished in a day's work. He was good conversation, great with our dogs, and we are very pleased with his work.

Had five fans that needed to be installed on cathedral ceilings ranging from 9-13 feet high. Our service technician (Andrew) arrived when promised and efficiently installed all fans, some with remotes and others requiring switching out outlets with dimming and fan speed controls. Very courteous and engaging and made certain all was working to our satisfaction prior to finishing for the day.We have two fans to go upstairs (missing parts I had to order from the manufacturer) and plan to have Bolt install those once the parts arrive. Great value as I like billing by the hour as opposed to a specific job and great work. I had fans installed in other homes and there always seem to be wobbling with at least one of them. All these fans are have no wobbling issues what-so-ever.

I needed four outdoor outlets installed around the exterior of the house so I contacted Bolt Electric based on their great Google reviews. They did not disappoint! They showed up exactly when they said they would and once the project was discussed they did not waste anytime in getting all the outlets installed. A few days later one of the outlets keep tripping a breaker so I called and they literally came back out a few hours later and corrected the problem. Robert and Louie were personable and professional. You won't go wrong in hiring Bolt Electric for your next electrical project.

Bolt Electric was recommended to my husband and I for work on our home. They came out and got right to it. It was a simple interior fix on a wire. They checked the exterior electrical box just because they were already on sight. I appreciated that. The 2 guys were nice and even left me voicemails when they were running a little behind. I'd recommend them to folks if they needed electrical residential work.

Starting with the office that setup the appointment, they were extremely helpful and friendly! Now for the service... Their electrician Robert showed up early to greet CPS and shut off the power before he began his work. He spent most of the day working on a large project for the house. Robert was very friendly, professional and he did an amazing job on replacing & consolidating all of my external breaker boxes into one main panel. Despite being the end of the day for him he stayed to help me out with some electrical questions regarding a smart-home device I purchased. He went above and beyond what was expected of him and the work he accomplished looks great as the city inspector gave it a look-over and the green light. The price was reasonable, the Company and the electrician was pros. I will definitely use them again in the future. In fact I already have them scheduled to provide an estimate for another job! I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Bolt Electric for electrical needs. My tech Robert was very professional when he came to my home. I advised him on what the previous home owner did to the front light, porch light, and doorbell. He fixed the issue that the previous home owner did to the front light switch, he also made it safe to operate. I had more work done and still loved the service that Bolt Electric provided.

I do not write reviews but making an exception for the fantastic service we received from Ronnie and Bolt Electric. He called ahead letting us know he was en route to our home, was helpful in diagnosing our problems and made it understandable to someone who isn't an electrician. It's not every day you get a master electrician making house calls! Their price was very fair and he didn't try to sneak in 'extras' and actually did more than we initially asked for within the up front price quote. Ronnie was very courteous and treated our home like his own. Since I am taking the time to write this you know I would recommend Ronnie and Bolt Electric to others for their electrical needs.

This is our second experience with Bolt Electric, and it was just as excellent as the first time Ronnie Bowles provided his electrical services. He was very friendly, and my wife felt comfortable with his explanation of the electrical work he was performing. From the very first time we called the office and spoke with Wendy, everyone has been so nice. Leslie came out to the house (on time) and he listened to what we needed done and completed the job quickly. He had to come back to do the attic work in the morning but again was on time and did the work quickly. The two new outlets Leslie added are exactly where we wanted them and look great. We are very happy with Bolt Electric and will definitely use them again if/when we need electrical work done.

This is my second time using Bolt Electric. The first time I had a $1800 panel replacement project and this time I needed a 40 amp line run for a new double oven. I cannot say enough good things about Robert and Bolt Electric. He was punctual, professional, personable, and very efficient. The work was above par and completed quickly. I just want to tell everyone about Bolt Electric because they could not have done a better job! The price was VERY reasonable compared to other electric companies. I had three outlets replaced, which was an hourly base rate, it took less than an hour. A HUGE thanks to Louie for his outstanding knowledge in the work performed. I had a great experience with Bolt Electric. My technician was Louie and he was so polite, explained everything he did, and worked as efficiently as possible. I called on Monday to schedule the job, was told that they could come on Friday but would work me in if they had an earlier opening (non-emergency work). They called on Tuesday and said they could be there that day. All around an exceptional experience!

As a RE Broker, I highly recommend Robert at Bolt Electric! We were very impressed with his knowledge with the work performed, as well as the professionalism of this company. Darrel with Bolt Electric is a fantastic electrician! He did superb work and did it in great time -- with little mess to clean up after! We had a ceiling fan put in our kitchen and are SO HAPPY with not only the fan, but with the quality service we got from Bolt Electric. We have requested to have them return and put in recessed lighting in our kitchen now thanks to the great work they did with the fan. By the way, we were already sold on this company when we called to schedule an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and efficient. Then to top it off, the cost to do work in our kitchen was a little more than half of what we were expecting to pay and THAT in itself was a blessing!

A fuse blew in our dryer causing issues with our 220 volt outlet. We hadn't had to call an electrician in quite some time so we were a bit nervous about who to call. We saw the good reviews on Bolt Electric and decided to take a chance; we were glad we did. We set up the appointment and Robert arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous, immediately troubleshot the problem, fixed it, and answered all of our questions. We called Bolt Electric for services during the selling process of our home. Other companies that I reached out to didn't have availability for another week or so. Bolt Electric was able to get us on the schedule in just a few short days. Our electrician arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. Since I had such an amazing experience with Bolt electricity 2 years ago. I wanted to use them again. I mistakenly used another electrician thinking because I couldn’t remember Bolts name since it’s been so long . They were so overpriced and they didn’t give an estimate so I was caught off guard. I knew then that this was not the company I used 2 years ago. So the next time I needed an electrician, I look into an old cell phone to look on my calendar from 2 years ago to find the appointment I made with Bolt. So happy I found them. Robert with Bolt electric was great! He came in the same day I called for service (!), fixed the issue quickly, then fairly charged me for the work he did. He was courteous and very professional. DO NOT go with competitors that try to price-gouge ignorant customers. Bolt electric is fair, reasonable, and fast. I had Bolt Electric to repair a 240V disconnect for the dryer at my aunt's house. As it turned out, one leg of the disconnect was not working, the wire size was wrong and it was double lugged to the main disconnect for the house. Originally this line was installed in the late 1970's.Following a review and discussion of the options to make the electrical for the house safe, I decided to have Bolt install a main service panel on the outside of the house replacing the main disconnect and replace the panel inside of the garage. Additionally, they fixed the 240V receptacle for the dryer (which started this whole process).Robert and the other electrician (I forget his name) did an excellent job. Very professional and the work was very neat. They did a great job cleaning up and explaining in detail the work that was accomplished and why certain breakers were used for some of the circuits, i.e. arc-fault circuit breakers and GFCI breakers.In addition Robert and the other electrician, the office staff was very good at working with me and my schedule as well as arranging for CPS Energy to be out and disconnect the feed to the house.I feel that my aunt is safer now in the house.

Bolt Electric was able to accommodate my electrical issue on the same day. The electrician was professional and highly knowledgeable. They were rather pricey ($190 for the one hour of work and parts), but I have a feeling that is industry standard. At least they did a great job and stand by their work. I feel comfortable knowing that they did a great job.

I'm preparing my 30+ year old home for sale and wanted a walk through to review the electrical system. There was a fee to do that but it was very thorough and some excellent information shared. Some items required correction and a return visit, after a detailed estimate was accepted. From the moment Robert, the electrician, came to the house, he worked straight through for hours. Bolt doesn't work on weekends, but the receptionist offered to send someone out at 7:00 AM! Daryl showed up right on time, diagnosed my problem, installed 2 new outlets and got me on my way. I have had experience with other service companies where unbeknownst to me were a commission sales company. Mr. Electric quoted me nearly $9,000 dollars and wanted to sell me two electrical panel installs among other various things. Bolt Electric charged me less than $3,000 and was able to address all the same things by only upgrading what needed to be upgraded and repairing the rest. Wendy scheduled Ronnie to go out and assess the situation and review the inspector's report. They gave me an initial estimate range for the work. I was then able to email Ronnie several times with questions which he answered in detail. All of this initial work was done without any charge; that was not the case with some other companies that I contacted.I chose Bolt Electric because it was obvious to me that Ronnie not only knew his profession inside out, but he knew the optimum approach to take for my specific situation. I wasn't disappointed. He sent me photos of the work since I wasn't in town and the workmanship appeared excellent. The buyer was provided with an updated, safe system with minimal disruption to the home.There are no simple, inexpensive solutions when faced with upgrading an electrical system in an older home. This is highly skilled work that cannot be left to an unlicensed individual or even a licensed person without the proper experience because of the potential consequences relating to safety and including improper installation that would not be approved on inspection.If I needed electrical work in the San Antonio area in the future, I would simply call Bolt Electric and have them do the work according to what they felt was necessary. We had to wait about a week for Bolt Electric to come out. But we had gotten a phone quote that sounded great. In the meantime, we got a couple other quotes from companies who sent an electrician out to see what we wanted. Bolt was the best quote by far. David (from Bolt) called to say he was on his way and showed up right on time. He handled everything quickly and professionally. Bolt Electric is the ONLY company I will hire and refer others to. Wendy was very helpful over the phone and made it very easy and quick to get a quote and schedule the repairs. Ronnie is always on time, friendly and up front about everything. He made sure everything was up to code and that I was happy with everything. He took his time to make sure everything was done right and then even took the time to make sure everything was labeled correctly. I can't say enough good things about this company, glad to know I have an electrician that I trust and that I know is fair.

Bolt came out and added full electrics and and ceiling fans to our back porch. From the estimate process through completion, they were nothing but professional and the work they did is excellent. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services.

July, 26, 2018 We called Bolt Electric this morning and conveniently received an appointment this afternoon. Robert, our technician, called ahead to let us know his arrival time and arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was very professional and knowledgeable in resolving our issue. We will call Bolt Electric again if the situation warrants.

I had to replace a 150V circuit breaker. I had my own breaker and called several companies about doing the job. Each one told me they would not do the work unless I used a breaker proved by them. I called Bolt Electric and they said that was not a problem. When the technician arrived he tried to use my breaker but it was not the right type. He even took the time to show me several times that my breaker would not fit the breaker box. Since I did not have the right box he had to go and get the correct breaker for my particular box and he completed the work in a very fast and efficient manner and I was very pleased with the cost. Needless to say if I need any further electrical work it will be done by Bolt Electric. Additionally, the lady I spoke with to schedule the work was very pleasant and explained every thing to me that they would do. I did not get a surprise when the electrician showed up at my house and told me I would be charged a fee just for the pleasure of them coming to my house which has happened with other electric companies that I used before I discovered Bolt Electric. I highly recommend Bolt Electric for all your electric needs.

Very impressed with Bolt Electric. We needed to have our gas lines electrically bonded before we sold our house. After calling several other companies that said they didn't do that I found Bolt. They came out and quickly fixed the problem. They also provided a detailed report with pictures so we wouldn't have any problems during the selling of our house. Very professional. Bolt Electric dealt with our electrical emergency promptly, honestly and expertly. We had to arrange work at the home of relatives in San Antonio from far away Ann Arbor. We obtained 3 estimates, including from Bolt. Ronnie responded to our request quickly and, alone of the 3 companies, made temporary repairs to make the house livable until the permanent repairs could be done. Unlike the other estimates, Bolt's proposal contained no obvious up-sell. Once the work began, Ronnie delivered the service he proposed at the cost he estimated, no baloney. He worked with us to problem-solve the issues that caused the emergency in the first place. Wendy was courteous and always pleasant making arrangements by phone. In short, we cannot recommend Bolt Electric highly enough.

Bolt Electric is an amazing company. I was hesitant to call them, because who wants to call electricians, but I was really surprised about how things went. The lady on the phone was super nice and helped me get an appointment within a short period of time, much sooner than I was expecting The gentlemen from the company came out to the house and was right on time. He helped install a fan in our kitchen and he did a wonderful just. He also was very friendly and took the time to give me advice about a number of other things that I wanted to know regarding electrician work around my house. If that wasn't enough we got a hand written letter a few days later thanking us for using their company, serious who does that these days. Believe the reviews these guys are wonderful. Bolt Electric is now my go-to electrician in San Antonio. I had a three-prong dryer plug that was very lose and my new dryer had a four-prong plug. Leslie came out promptly and fixed the plug. He also replaced the breaker plate, which was damaged, all for a reasonable price. All of the Bolt staff I communicated were courteous, helpful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Bolt Electric!

Scheduled Bolt as I needed to change out outlets and light switches for a room remodel. The main light switch that controlled the outdoor light fixture was a small nuisance and Louie tried his best to figure out why the light wasn't working. We chalked it up to the fixture itself being blown as it was getting power. I thanked him for the job completed and he went on his way. I bought a new fixture that same day, tried to install it myself with no luck. Louie came back out and helped figure out the wiring and it works good as new. Quality customer service and I will call again for future needs.

I’ve been having a problem for years of the power supply to my (very old) pool shorting after heavy rain. Bolt Electric was able to send someone out just a couple days after I called. Andrew diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. It’s a relief to have the problem that’s plagued me for years fixed so quickly and for a very reasonable price.

We bought an older home which needed updating. We called Bolt Electric for an estimate on the electrical work. Robert came out and gave us our estimate. He gave a great first impression with all the electrical knowledge he possessed. When we were finally ready to do the electrical work, they sent Robert again. thankfully. We had bought some smoke alarms which were not the right kind, but Robert was very patient with us and did the wiring that day to get ready for the new smoke alarms we would need to purchase. He came back another day to finish the job. It was a great experience overall, and we will have them back next time we need something electrical done.

Re-routed wiring for a dog door to be installed. Dog door installers liked his work and plan to refer Bolt out for their other jobs. We called Bolt to check anoutlet so we could make sure it could handle a window unit. David came out and was actually early. He was extremely professional and explained everything so clearly. Aside from the low price, he provided an estimate for replacing the fuse box which we WILL be calling Bolt back to replace. I will honestly say....we HAVE found our new electricians.

Ronnie is deserving of my confidence on many things. I needed to have my main panel replaced with all of the connections and breakers, as well as the ground connection fixed and tested. The estimate was not the lowest, but NO ONE ELSE provided as much of a description of the work to be done. He also appeared confident in the estimate throughout the process. I was not sold anything, I felt comfortable with the whole service, I've recommended them to friends and family. I anticipate smaller electrical improvements soon, I will expand this review to cover more types of electrical work.

I have a 70 year old house and was having a new roof installed when the circuit the workmen were using went dead. I checked the circuit breakers, but none had tripped. So I called Bolt and they sent Robert who seems to have a lifetime of experience. We went though all the possibilities of what the problem might be and he kept saying that there had to be another panel somewhere. This is the house I grew up in so I knew it's history as far as remodeling and such, but I really did not think there was another panel anywhere. Finally I looked again in a china closet and looked more thoroughly. And there it was, behind a bunch of china and painted over to match the wall. And there was the tripped circuit breaker! If Robert had not insisted there had to be another panel, who knows what we might have gotten into. And even though there was nothing that actually needed to be fixed, his knowledge and expertise helped me discover the source of the problem. Also, in the process of checking everything out, he pointed out that the panels we have in the house, which are the originals from 1950, are actually very dangerous and need to be replaced! Fortunately they have not caused an issue in the past 70 years, but it could happen at anytime. I will be having Bolt replace those panels when I remodel the house!

Very impressed! We got an offer on our house on Friday and they had scheduled an inspection for Tuesday. We needed a breaker checked to make sure we didn't have any issues. I called 5 places before I got a person to answer. She said they were booked until Wednesday but said, let me see what I could do. She came back and said they would work me in this afternoon and it could be as late as 4pm. He showed up at 2:40p and got right to work. Was here for about an hour and guaranteed the work in case there was an issue with the inspection. I was having issues with a few outlets throughout my house and I tried everything a layman could do to fix the issue. I contacted Bolt Electric on a Sunday afternoon via their website and Ronnie responded in less than an hour (which was very unexpected). He came out to my house 2 hours later and fixed the issue in under an hour. His estimate was accurate and explained the issue to me in words that I could understand (so I didn't feel like I was being taken). Robert identified the issue within minutes, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Before Bolt Electric, another company incorrectly identified the problem and quoted us over $2,000 to fix it. The true issue and easy fix ended up only costing us a little over $200, which was the hourly rate plus materials. Will definitely call Bolt again for any future problems.

Our wall oven went out and we did not know whether it was the wall outlet of the stove. Bolt Electric arrived on time and deductively diagnosed the problem: the oven electronics had gone bad. They charged us a fair price for the time and labor. They even counseled us as to what kind of oven to purchase and how to install it. We appreciated their work and would use them again.

I called Bolt Electric to have them fix a problem with my smoke alarm system. I'm always leery of using a business for the first time but they advertise on the talk radio station I listen to, The Answer 930, so I took the risk. Manuel came out and after I explained the situation, he quickly got to work looking for the problem. I watched him the whole time and was very impressed with his troubleshooting skills. He found a broken wire in the ceiling, fixed it, and then did a quick check of the other alarms in the system. He was done in less than an hour and I was relieved. I also appreciate that they give a military discount. I will definitely use them in the future.

Robert was the tech. He originally quoted 600 but he did the job pretty fast and only charged me 385. I thought that was fair. He knows his business is very personable and cleaned up when he was done. I will use them again and will ask for Robert . They offered me a Starbucks card to do the review but I think i’ll pass on the card and just say Robert/Bolt earned the 5 without any incentive

When one is as particular as I am, hiring a contractor is tough. Not with these guys! From start to finish, the experience I had with a panel replacement, installation of plugs and lights in the garage and other projects has been an awesome experience. Wendy in the office was clear, concise and gave me a most accurate estimate and after the work, that is what I paid. Ronnie was in contact with me throughout and between he and Darryl, the job not only went smoothly, but exceeded my expectations for quality. I only wish I could post pictures of the beautiful work they did. I highly recommend this electrical contractor.

I needed help on some electrical work at my home on saturday afternoon. I called Bolt Electric and was able to have Ronnie come to my house within the hour from when I called. Not only did he fix the problem, he helped with additional issues that weren't a part of the call, yet he worked us in. He made sure that all issues were addressed, offered advice, assistance, additional services, and that we were happy with everything and to contact them if we needed anything else.

Initial contact was pleasant and is seemed that this company would efficiently take care of my needs. It ended there. no less than 2 phone calls and an email went unanswered for 2 days. It was not until I sent them an email telling them to disregard my request for service that I received a response. Perhaps, if they had been upfront about how long it would take to get a response I might have understood. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience....IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER.... I expressed to you exactly why you would be receiving a bad review in the 2 separate emails I sent (one directly to you). You are correct I did make initial contact on Monday but I was NEVER offered an on-site inspection of my needs YOUR staff are the ones that requested that I send the pictures. I would have much rather scheduled for a technician to visit my home and inspect the issue themselves. I attempted to make contact with your staff to ensure that the photos that they requested were received half an hour after I sent them on Monday and got no response... not even a response to the email containing the photos that THEY requested. On Tuesday Morning I, AGAIN attempted to reach your staff WITHOUT success and tried one last time on Tuesday afternoon... AGAIN WITHOUT success.Just to be clear... during that time I made a call to another 5 star rated electrician on Tuesday morning (after your staff did not respond) and he had a technician at my home on Tuesday afternoon and scheduled the repairs for Wednesday morning. THAT is customer service.

Working with Ronnie and Wendy was awesome. I had lots of questions and they answered them all and was very patient with us. Price was very reasonable and quality of work very thorough. Wow! I highly recommend Bolt Electric. What great service from tech Ronnie. He was professional and highly knowledgeable.I just purchased an older Home and the dryer outlet was not correct for my dryer. Ronnie replaced the outlet and now my wife is happy. I also was having an issue with a breaker reseting at the panel and he was able to determin that it was an EFI breaker that was reseting. He corrected the problem by replacing the breaker and changing out old plugs with EFI plugs.Bolt Electric is the only company I will hire and refer to others.

We had lighting hit our house and the outlets in our garage were affected. Bolt Electric was able to squeeze me in the same day I called. They came out that afternoon and listened to everything I said that happened. They tested everything and replaced the affected outlet.

What can I say, same day service for a blown circuit breaker. My electrician was prompt (even earlier than scheduled) friendly and went right to work finishing under an hour. I would highly recommend Bolt for all your electric needs.

Recently bought a house and had electrical issues after the inspection showed nothing amiss. Have never needed an electrician so didn't know who to call. Googled electricians close to me and the first one I called didn't answer his phone so I went to the next one--Bolt. The receptionist was EXTREMELY helpful and the woman booking my appt explained everything about the costs upfront. The electrician was on time, friendly and patiently explained everything he was doing when I asked (I ask out of curiosity, not to question judgment or expertise.) He was efficient and very tolerant of my nosy Corgi mix who wanted to inspect his toolbag and practically demanded to be petted..lol He was understanding of my other dogs barking their brains out at this stranger in their midst. I can't speak to Bolt being reasonable as far as cost--although I assume they are--since I've never comparison shopped, but for me it didn't matter--they were close, able to book an appt the next day and able to fix the problem in a short period of time (but fully prepared to deal with a more extensive issue) so it was all money very well spent! HIGHLY recommend this business!!!

Great Service - Very High Cost and no Credit Card Payment? Prompt and professional service but $175 for a 10 minute very minor electrical fix seems way too high. It took the electrician longer to write up the invoice than it took to solve the problem and the demand to pay in cash or check seems a little strange in the day of Square. It is hard to complain about results and the problem was fixed in short order but the lack of payment options and high cost for a quick fix made this less than a satisfactory experience.

I actually showed up to solicit and noticed a no soliciting sign so I began to walk back to my truck. A very nice lady named Wendy answered the door and graciously accepted my business card. She was very pretty and really nice!
