At first, they were great. Had time, came right out. Showed me what was going on. I scheduled the appointment. Monday my husband attempted to call to see if more tasks could be added to the appointment. Line is busy the three times attempted. The day of the appointment; Waiting a half hour after the appointment time to call. A woman answers the phone with kids in the background. Stated she was not in the office.

Obviously there is no communication or record keeping. Don't waste your time. They called the next morning stating they can come out right now. That is great and everything but I made an appointment time to work for both of us, not just you. We went with another company.

100% rip off. Shun has no clue what he is doing.
On Yelp he has 1 star average. If anybody would like to sue him I would happily join in.
