Kevin repaired two tub faucets on one occasion and just the other day cappped a pipe that was a possible water leak and is coming to install a faucet. Was charged a reasonable rate, very professional and compassionate to our needs

Had a backed up AC condensate pipe that was unable to be cleared by 2 separate AC techs; K and K came by and had it fixed within an hour, and also rebuilt the assembly feeding into the drain that had been damaged by the AC techs. Great customer service and great guys that will tell it to you straight.

Mr. Kevin Walker Jr. was so professional and courteous to us. He was on time and even waited for me as I wasn't home. He was very thorough through the entire process. He showed us little tricks on how to manage and fix minor issues, he submitted the claim while he was at our home to speed up the repair process and he was easy to talk to and understand.
